@vishi ok gymmer here, building muscle is actually easy but building strength is not. His case is like he is fat but the fat is distribute very evenly among his body part and if you just keep pulling weight and no put in any strength (like just curl 5kg when you curl 30) only result in the muscle got bigger not stronger

i went and checked last chapter apperently he never mentioned he trained, he was just that big by default i just assumed he did, seeing his size and MC's comment
