@Traumatized_person You want redemption for the person who locked her up in a room with a viper, relished in her screams and cries for help, let her get bit which resulted in her losing her sense of taste...and continued to torment her for the rest of her life before she got sacrificed? If you were the mc, would you forgive Vansis? People like that deserve the worst punishment. You have issues if you want redemption for such a disgusting monster. She should k*ll them all in the worst way.

@haraan kazim Same. I'm so tired and irritated with redemption arcs. I've dropped a lot of stories because of it. These authors need to stop that sh*t. Such disgusting people don't deserve to be forgiven.

@R So just to be clear — you’re tired of redemption arcs in a story literally built around a second chance? You do realize the main character herself is alive right now because the timeline was reset, right? She’s reclaiming her life, not going on a killing spree. Not everyone deserves forgiveness, sure — but you’re acting like every single person, even kids, should be slaughtered with no regard for who they are now. That’s not justice, that’s just bloodlust with no thought behind it. Vansis is a child. He hasn’t done anything yet. But by your logic, we should just kill him off for what another version of him did in a timeline that technically doesn’t even exist anymore.
If you want every story to be pure revenge with no nuance, no growth, no exploration of morality, then yeah — maybe this isn’t the story for you. But don’t act like authors are doing something wrong for writing actual character development. That’s called plot.

@haraan kazim Oh no, not the dreaded character motivation and plot development! Can’t have that in a story, right? G** forbid the brother or father were actually manipulated and not just cartoon villains from the start — nope, let’s just burn the whole family tree to the ground and call it a day. Who needs logic or nuance when you can have pure, unfiltered rage?
It’s wild how some of y’all demand complex stories but then throw a tantrum the second a character isn’t 100% evil with no backstory. If she doesn’t rip everyone to shreds regardless of the actual circumstances, you’re “annoyed”? Maybe give the story a chance to tell itself before deciding the ending needs to be a murder spree.

@mia gimenez The story is about a second change for the MC. How else is she supposed to get revenge if she's dead??? Vansis hasn't done anything yet? Were you not paying attention? He already locked her up in a room with the viper to get bitten. That's evil. Who said that I was saying to k*ll them now? She clearly can't k*ll them no since she has no power. She needs to grow her power and skill. She can k*ll them when she gets older, unless it gets too unbearable. She's a kid too, so yes, she can kill another kid ex. her evil, disgusting, abusive brother. 

They sacrificed her to the f*cking devil after abusing her her whole life, and you think that should be forgiven??? You have issues.
