try doing stretching before and after ( mostly for the legs) to help the pain in the legs go lower!
 30 push up!? WOW that's a lot!!!

@simple simp hey thanks a lot for sharing the link! im gonna try this from today- wish me luck!! so far my workout routine is
10 normal pushups
10 knuckle pushups
5 finger pushups (my fingers are weak lol)
75 squats
plank crawl(1song)
75 side sit ups
and a 5km run on alternating days
@simple simp thanks, still trying to do it but man, my muscle memory won't work😭
@simple simp i am jumping too high, jumping too low, jumping all over the place.
