Day 20: 
100 jumping jacks, 
100 burpees ( 2 mins break after 25 burpees), 
 100 jumping- squats ( 2 mins break after each 25 jumping squats), 
100 russian twist ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 russian twist, 
1 song plank crawl, 
100 plank up and downs ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 plank up and down),
 50 leg raises ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 leg raises)

push up challenge:
day 1:
4 push-up ( start weak to continue hard!)
bunny sticker g** i have no motivation!
Do I need to put a signature.. sigh.. it is too much work.

oh dear, that sounds intense...
but after working out you will feel a lot better trollface sticker

this is what i have been doing lately since i tried it.

100 jumping jacks
can't do burpee cause that hurt my legs😩
doing 50 squats before my bu** sore
no fuc**** idea what a russian twist is

the rest, can't do it cause i have no strength to do it yet.

been doing 30 pushup and i add 10 more every week. 

g** that hurt my wrist.

try doing stretching before and after ( mostly for the legs) to help the pain in the legs go lower!
 30 push up!? WOW that's a lot!!!

@simple simp hey thanks a lot for sharing the link! im gonna try this from today- wish me luck!! so far my workout routine is
10 normal pushups
10 knuckle pushups
5 finger pushups (my fingers are weak lol)
75 squats
plank crawl(1song)
75 side sit ups
and a 5km run on alternating days
@simple simp thanks, still trying to do it but man, my muscle memory won't work😭
@simple simp i am jumping too high, jumping too low, jumping all over the place.

@12341234 lol same! i'm jumping to high or even to low! but that's fine! continue working! exercise isn't the hard part is making exercise as a routine is the hard part!

oh dear, that's sounds challenging... i run 5km 3 times a week, i do have plans to increase it to daily run 5km. Hmmm sounds fun to join but i don't think i can last long pepe sticker
