@Khazimhir Leave it to an idiot to still try to side with and make excuses for the mc, even after everything has happened. Can't believe you people are okay with incorrectly blaming a little girl for something she never did, instead of blaming that psychopathic mc who actually clearly did many many things wrong as shown in the manhua, and who is a reborn adult who goes around calling himself the magic emperor. If people are not even civil enough to call out what is wrong to be wrong, and what is right to be right, they have no right to be called "human" beings, because there is nothing human about it. Just because he is the mc, doesn't mean you have to always take his side unnecessarily, you know.

@June Von Ascham bro out here yapping about mc not being righteous while being a demonic cultivator lmao. As per most lores demonic cultivators are much more heinous than this. These are the people who even sacrifice a hundredbabies on altars to gain power. Not every demonic cultivators does but it does happen.

@The King Of Weed Again an illogical analogy. How did you reach the conclusion that I searched for that? And let's say I did, even so, how does being ruthless mean being evil? My point still stands, mc was evil at this point in time in the story. Follow along the story and you will find out that this is not a story about evil cruelty, and ruthlessness. Instead, it's a story about mc changing slowly but surely to making the "righteous" and "logical" decisions, however ruthless they may seem, like you said, while still retaining the attitude of taunting his opponents, and also having an inflated ego, and attitude, things that make this mc stand out.

@The King Of Weed else if you wrote that comment for a different audience who are okay blindly supporting the mc of a story just because they are the mc, and to oppose people just because that's the story they somehow chose to read and ended up hating the mc for certain specific actions of his (probably including because of reasons that the author himself wants the reader to hate the mc for those things, temporarily, momentarily, so that he can turn around the story), then i guess good for you? Dude, did you even read my original reply, not to you but to this thread opener? Do you think I am mad about people liking or disliking the mc as per author's intention? Or do you think I am mad at the thread opener, specifically for this comment he posted, where he put the blame on the girl, which was clearly not what happened? Please don't reply if you don't even know what point you are defending, and yes that's still my opinion, and I stand by it, even after 9 months of posting my first reply to op. The girl was not wrong, the mc was, and that was also the author's intention. If you don't like me hating on mc, then that's your hill, not mine.

@June Von Ascham  I did read your original reply. and I never said you were mad just because people like or dislike the MC. I said your whole tone came off like you were shocked the MC was written to be hated.

You said he was evil at that point, and that maybe the author wanted people to hate him, that's all I was agreeing with. My point was never about the girl or defending what the MC did!! It was about how acting surprised at the tone of the story feels out of place.

You’re free to hate the MC that’s your take, and I’m not trying to take that from you. I just pushed back on the way it was being framed, like it wasn’t obvious from the start what kind of story this is.
