@Pipi She isnt being stubborn, shes asking to be treated like her opinion on anything actually matters. Literally just filling her in on information isnt an egregious task, she isnt even asking to be directly involved in the movements against the duchy, but he refuses to give her even the bare minimum in that regard with no concern to how being shut out and shut down affects her.

Whether Riftan wants to admit it or not, this does involve her and she wants to be included, even just on an information level. Pushing her out isnt going to do anything but stunt her growth and make her feel worse.

@BlueBay No this isn't the first time they've talked about this and He's explained it to her countless times but she's just being stubborn and refuses to understand 

@Pipi And he refuses to understand that she wants to be involved, even just on an information level. He just doesnt care and is dismissing her feelings via attributing it solely to her feeling like she needs to do it, when thats only a small part of it. She shouldn't be forced to be shut out and shut down just because he feels like she shouldn't be involved in any measure. Keeping her entirely in the dark is not only a disservice to her, its actively stunting the growth she wants to have. Like do her feelings not matter???

@Pipi she's been called useless all her life . She finally found her own place where she wants to feel useful . How is this stubborn? 

@Pipi firstly it's about inclusivity, being included in the important matters and discussions like an equal, like an actual wife and life partner. Secondly, it about understanding what your partner wants and what makes them happy and enabling them to grow as a better version of themselves and not burdening them with your own viewpoints and opinions and deciding what's good for them on your own. If you have some non-negotiables, communicate and discuss and find a middle ground or some solution that works for both. Sèx is not always the answer!!
