I think Ian still love TJ for now ofcoz but i wouldn't say there nothing else mixing in it. Such as co-dependency, anxiety etc And before anyone coming at me i just want to say I'm cheering on Jo side more than Tj simply coz he's a microwave boi.
at first ep 15, i also think that Ian "LOVED" tj as in past tense but the more i read the more i think that ain't right. His answer seems insincere (i mean he's not telling the what he really felt) and the more i read i was like " yeah Ian bury his feeling for Tj."
For me Ian doesn't seem to hold a grudge for what TJ has done to him at all (the leg)which is not healthy and these2 really need a healthy conversation. ian does love Tj no matter what (it actually show at the moment he shut Tj up with a kiss, which is not healthy these 2 really need healthy communication) but Ian is the type of person who feel guilty easily and when he talked to jason that where I connect the puzzel. Ian believes he will destroy Tj or at least what TJ has build (the gang things) due to his needed to have a normal life. And more importantly he did love Tj enough to put up with gang's life, he more like afraid of himself. Even tho Ian make up his mind to leave Tj. Sleep with someone else to satisfy his s** drive, prepare fake id card. He doesn't want to completly cut Tj from his life but more like re-define their relationship. Ian even said that they need 3-4 year apart that would be enough for both of them. And for now he stills want to hold on to him, relieve that TJ didn't order anyone to hurt Jo(i think if he did, it would be the last straw for Ian to completly leave him, that why he felt relieved.)

@Tamagowaiiyo I love you view on this too for me Ian's love for tj got mixed with so many things that the least I would call it love personally. Ian's emotions straying at chsp 24 might be bcuz if the lingering love for tj. ian actually doesn't mind what tj did to him and indeed stayed in the gang for tj, he put up with it but it destroyed his dream and left him as a monster only if he left when he had the moment he wouldn't murdered someone but he stayed cuz he did love tj.i think after the murder he felt his emotions ain't normal and 2 years prison gave the time to think about this 3-4years distance to make tj stable without him while ian find a way to cut ties with gang while still be there for tj. I think ian didn't mind what tj did was connected to tj's scar like he uttered the same thing as tj did when he got scar " I didn't want to anyway " that's also the guilt ian tied with tj that makes this 3-4 years plan hard to work but seeing this ian is love with the past tj who didn't change which isnt the case now like u said tj hurting jo might be the last straw to break the illusion of the how tj used to be, who ian had in mind and can't abandon.(remember when ian used his hands to hide tj scar)
