this is what i have been doing lately since i tried it.
100 jumping jacks
can't do burpee cause that hurt my legs😩
doing 50 squats before my bu** sore
no fuc**** idea what a russian twist is
the rest, can't do it cause i have no strength to do it yet.
been doing 30 pushup and i add 10 more every week.
g** that hurt my wrist.
