Unable to move a single finger. I can't even get up without my stomach feeling like it's getting torn apart. I don't want to do this anymore, I want to give up, so what if I don't have a flat stomach Atleast I'm not fat now ! If I eat in a calorie deficit for the rest of my life I don't even need to get those damned steps in ! I'll just need to get a few steps on the days I eat out to burn the extra calories right??

..but then..., thinking about how somewhere in my life I might regret giving up when I can actually do it now and might not be able to later on or have to do it anyway in the future again because I'm still not satisfied with the way I look, and I'm not doing it now just because it's so hard? So what should I do ..? what do you guys suggest? I have only 5 months, after that I'll be joining college and won't have enough time to measure prep my low calorie high protein meals, getting 25k steps daily, or exercising - excuses tbh, truth is, I just don't want to keep doing this for the rest of my life, I want to enjoy my life like normal teenagers do without having to worry about what I'll eat tomorrow that's in my calorie budget and high protein, then prepare it, or things like getting my steps in or I still have to do exercise today. Help guys

@Riri Walking 10-30k steps daily? That’s insane and extreme. Cardio doesn’t shape your body it just helps burn calories. Strength training is what changes how your body looks, but ou don’t need to jump straight into 40 mins of torture every day.

You don’t have to live on chicken breast or expensive powders to hit protein. Something cheaper like eggs boiled or scrambled which easy to eat, Greek yogurt or plain yogurt got high protein, beans or chickpeas can helps too..

You don’t have to force 100g every single day. Even 70–80g protein daily with consistency is enough to build and maintain muscle as a beginner so don't push yourself too hard.

This "eat less, burn more, forever" mindset is what’s killing you. You need to change that mindset.

Rigt now, you said you already lost weight.Great but tour next step shouldn’t be to keep cutting, but to go into maintenance calories

the hard truthis you won’t magically transform into your "dream body" in 5 months if you hate the process. You’ll burn out, quit, and regret it later. But if you use these 5 months smartly..Build strength slowly.Eat protein you can actually afford.

You’re exhausted because you’re trying to live like a dam robot. Normal teenagers do eat with their friends, rest, and enjoy life. And you deserve that too. Fitness isn’t supposed to steal your happiness darlin..
