@Unknownxx okay now i give you the explanation that what i understand.
First MC committed suicide while he is pregnent, went to psychological depresion gave birth to a baby without his knowledge. he forgot about baby and ML because doctors continuously refused to meet ML and he went to a delusion which is he thought that he is in some kind of factory where omegas illigelly sold to the alphas. and he thought ML bought him from that factory.
Next MC committed suicide because he can't get a pregnent and thought that ML treat him as a prostitude. so MC want ML to suffer so thats why he commited suicide. in second attempt mc regain his memories from the past which is before first suicidal attempt.
whats happen right now is after regain his memories and knowing he had a baby and some flashbacks in middle. 
thats it hopes you to get my explenation, sorry with my english because its not my first language..
