i think this is every hopeless romantic girl's dream... To be able to fill the guy she loves with so much emotion that he changes from a stoic emotionless being to someone who only ever sees and wants her.... Its perfect!

This is going to be an unpopular take but I don't think anyone in lewllyn's situation could have handled it better. Realistically, she doesn't have power of her own. Her networking literally depends on all the guys who seem to have romantic feelings for her and that is literally the only reason they are willing to help out. She keeps trying to solidify their loyalty in the only way she knows how because even though all of them seem to claim they love her and are there on her side.... None of them is actively helping her except maybe tristan but he lacks power too to be honest. On the other hand, these people keep throwing the vilest accusations her way. She is so fragile and rightfully so because her actual family hates her, the guys she loved just called her a wh*** and cruel like all the time, the step family keeps consistently creating some dramatic fuss around her every week, the so called female friend (duchess) only ever provokes her for her own gain in the most horrible ways possible.... All the affirmation she gets feels so hollow its unbelievable. EVERYONE KEEPS PROJECTING THEIR FEELINGS ONTO HER.... She is forced to sleep with like every tom di** and harry... People who she hates... People who she doesn't know.. people who used to hate her.... Why would you expect someone like that to be able to act rationally or even morally??? It stops mattering after a point... She is simply trying to survive.... I have said this before and I will say it again.... Almondite is like the worst possible pairing for her.... The author might be able to make her have feelings for him because she did love him once but his character is irredeemable... Like even the backstory does not compare to lewllyn's suffering... I have zero sympathy for this man... And the audacity he just displayed.... I can't understand people on his side.

It's hilarious how it's implied she is her father's replica but in fact she is exactly like her mother when it comes to emotions... Someone who pushes and someone who runs, has no faith in their own love for the other.

I feel like it's common knowledge by now that if transmigrate into a novel, the original couple almost never gets together... She really should start thinking of other ways...

I can ship her with literally ANYONE BUT ALMAN. That man is the worst choice for her regardless of whether he loves her or not, she is literally better off with even bastian than him. To think two whole chapters were dedicated to have major characters take his side in front of her just to change her mind and feelings regarding him. How utterly pathetic. I get that she can be frustrating as an FL but there is literally NO ONE EVER  supporting the decisions she makes for herself... Even people like the (?) Duchess and Tristan who claim to be unconditionally on her side. Everyone is always trying to alter her reality so how is she ever ever supposed to get the conviction she so desparately needs to follow through with her plans???!!!

I'm glad this was short and we didn't have to live through the agony... I would have dropped it otherwise.

Honestly? He should have never said yes to her in the first place, pity relationships never last anyway especially if you already like someone else.

I get the trope... G** knows I live for this trope but it's such a sad reality... Everyone is worth something and everyone has an equal chance of being loved regardless of their environment... It's just this pathetic difference of did you try to hide your worth or flaunt your worth or simply display it? All while making sure you don't get enamored by someone else's worth first. Loving someone who once vehemently claimed they would never love you because now miraculously they do is always going to be a toxic and uncertain love because you will never be able to trust your reality.

Honestly... I never understood why the novel decided to punish Annette character this harshly... There are a lot of criminals out there and their children suffer but my g** not to the extent like they were the ones who committed the crime... Especially in the time period that this story is set in... How was she possibly supposed to be aware of any of it? Even if she was how exactly was she expected to revolt? And the love interest? It's always a pretty girl's cannon fate to meet a sick psycho that makes her life unnaturally miserable in the name of a twisted love/obsession/hate/jealousy or inferiority complex... Truly sad... The plot of it all. 

I personally think both are horrible choices for her, especially Sungwoo... One wants her to completely belong to him and almost wants to end her career and somehow just doesn't get her and the other just keeps making things hard for her and playing with her heart despite being the reason for scre**** everything in her life and then shamelessly claiming that he just wants to make things right. Horrible male leads honestly...
