@Cayou8 I'm sure if you were in Rishar's place, you'd have less sympathy for the person who is in love with your lover and openly gets to stand beside them and possibly marry them. Why people are so desperate to dislike the 'masculine' counterpart in a couple I will never understand. Rishar did nothing wrong. The love of his life almost died protecting someone else, while he could only stand there and WATCH! He's allowed to be jealous, he's human d*mmit!!! 

@FreakyJester It's perfectly ok to be mad in this situation hun. Just make sure you're putting 'blame' where it belongs. The one in the wrong here is the sc*mbag who forced himself on two different people. You shouldn't be mad at Yechan for being unaware that someone took advantage of him as well. You should pity him. Can you imagine waking up tomorrow and finding out someone who wasn't your boy/girlfriend violated your body while you were completely unconscious? And then have your lover blame you for participating in cheating, even though, you not only didn't want it, but weren't even aware of it?.....  As someone who was molested during a job interview, and wasn't allowed to file charges because 'everything was above my clothes and there was no proof...', (even though the detective said several other women tried to file the SAME COMPLAINT on the same f*cking perv*rted BAST*RD!....) I can tell you it messes you up for life. I cried and showered for hours in scalding hot water and couldn't get the feel of phantom hands off of my skin.... And my trust in strangers was shattered. What made it worse was that, that piece of cr*p was a supposed family friend. I'm sorry I came down so hard on you. You just reminded me how f*cked up our society is, where victims are 'blamed', and perpetrators walk off scot-free with no consequences for their actions. 😔

One of them was unconscious, and he had no clue! The other is just allergic to telling the truth and being honest. It doesn't matter how many people Yechan slept with in the past! All parties involved were 'consensual!' Being violat*d and  rap*d while unconscious by someone you didn't want to sleep with is a crime! Seokjun was awake, and at least had the chance to fight back and escape. Yechan didn't even have the opportunity. All Seokjun had to do was be honest and tell Yechan that someone forced themselves on him, but he chose to lie about his feelings instead. And Seokjun had several opportunities to walk away from this; he's not a helpless child. Now, Yechan straight-up gave him a way out, and he wouldn't take it, so that means he's a willing participant in this whole situation too. Don't try to make him look guilt-free. Both of them need to get their sh*t together.

@Hisbootlicker He does indeed. But that kid loves his mom, and he wants to keep her happy so he left the Harem intact for her. Don't you remember how devistated he was when she got upset with him? The only person in the palace that he loved and wanted to protect was his mom, so now he just wants her to be happy. Even if it means keeping the woman that may one day come for his throne....

Simply laying a hand on one of them is an act of treason. So what do you think is going to happen when you sleep with one? The guards of a harem are Eunuchs, meaning they have to be castr*ted before even being granted the 'privilege' of protecting these women. And what story are you reading? 😅 Why would he care about what goes on in the Harem??? O_o That's where the corruption starts when trying to elevate your position and put your child on the throne! The concubines create factions among themselves and scheme to obtain the things they want. And they hold valuable information on what goes on in the palace that can easily aid and abet an enemy, so they can't simply be 'thrown out'. They just went through a blo*** civil war where everyone and their mother tried to assassinate Shuraka so he didn't sleep for 10 years. Anyone with a grudge or who can bring him and his loved ones harm will be put down. However, he can't recklessly kill the concubines because his mother will come to hate him. Hence why he gave Pinky 'three' strikes. Is this your first story on Eastern culture story, perhaps? 👀

@JudgeABookByItsCover Shuraka was supposed to eliminate both the 'Harem' and his 'brothers' when ascending to the throne, according to the old traditions. But when he killed one of the concubines who was friends with his Mom, she lost her sh*t and told him she 'wished he was never born'. She looked at him as if he were a monster, and it broke his heart and messed with his head. So to keep his mom happy and prevent her from hating him further, he left the other concubines alive.

They've been showing hints of his new ruthlessness all this time. The only one he has eyes and sympathy for is his Beloved Tei.

@Hisbootlicker Yep, right on the money. He spared them for his mama, after she told him she wished he had never been born.... Mother of the year, that one. She couldn't even protect him as a child... Couldn't even give him a safe space to rest his little head, and wonders why he feels the need to get rid of 'everybody' to protect them.... Then feels more pity for the dead co-wife than for her completely damaged and heart-sick baby.
