Not saying MC deserves it but things would've turned out differently if he just opened his da** mouth and be honest. For a well-educated man he was stupid. Kay needs to be honest with himself and its not like he's constantly being forced into things he doesn't want to do. Yes ML is forward in everything he does but its not like MC doesn't get his way in many things. As the traitor minister said ML is pretty much wrapped around MC skirt. Wear have met ML as the monstrous, emotionless, cold, dripping with blood of a man. But we cant say that's who we have now or over the last 3 years. He is dedicated to his lover and let's be honest if he wasnt so forward then nothing would change between them. Kay is not honest in anything. Now we see why his relationships never last and always attracts troubled partners. I was excited for the new updates but this wasnt whay I wanted. What was needed was their family time together. Yes things didnt begin out of love but with their time and experiences together the dynamic of their relationship should've changed somewhat in the 3 years. This bullshit of an arc is not it and needs to end real soon. I hope its just a plot to get Kay to truly evaluate his feelings and act on them.

I think maybe the child in the last panel is her brother from her mother's remarriage.

Yall acting like they were lovers when they were nothing more than mere master and prostitute. MC was selling his body to ML. ML isn't to blame that MC fell in love with him and expected to be treated like a lover. That's no different than a stalker catching feeling cause the object of their affection not giving them the time of day. ML did lots of MC yes but those were unconsciously or for his benefits. He always lived for his survival. Growing up in an abusive home not knowing what love is. He held on to the idea that his mother would return as she left not just because of the abuse but their financial situation. That was the last glimpse of hope he had as a child. Thanks to the coach he got something else but again he had to face rejection and abused from his peers in the gym. He's partial to elders because of coach mother who took care of him and gave him some affection that were foreign to him at that point in his life. ML owed MC nothing at all. Yall can call him redflag as much as it pleased yall but it still wouldnt change the fact that MC was selling himself and expected more of the exchange. Then caught feelings when ML didn't return his affection. Is MC entitled to being loved the way he want? YES. But that wasn't the relation they had. And if we are being honest ML did quite lots for him and we got glances of little affections from him ever so often. But again that wasn't the deal they had. This wasn't even the case of FB but s*x for cash. Both ML & MC had trauma and craved something and I think that's the reason they are drawn to each other. I don't see ML as the bad and MC as good in this story. They are both broken pieces of the person they should be. I hope they will be whole with each other.

I'll never understand how a person can just up remarried and leave their child behind in that environment. Worked with many DV victims over the course of my career but never met one who left without their child. Had one who would run for a few days leaving the children knowing the spouse never hurt them but always return. When she finally left for good they were with her. Both ML parents were trash.

I understand where they're all coming from but Teil deserved to have a say in her future. They're all just deciding for her which is always wrong in my book. Yes she's only 7 years old and being Crown Princess maybe a danger but so is the head of the family. People already planning against them because of her light power. I honestly think being with Ian in the palace would be the better option as she's just as protective of her as her family. Both Ian and the Emperor would protect her we've all seen the way value and reapect the little cutie. Not to mention this is what she wants.

Don't know why everyone's surprised that she imprinted on him. Yes she's a child in terms of her age but she wasn't given the luxury to act like one. I think the people in thr comment forgot that MC was in love with ML to thr point of stalking him daily. From the very beginning ML has showed to care for MC even through the threats and anger. He gets angry when MC lies and hid things as anyone would. MC included just that he doesn't hit or threatened anyone just yell, cries and runaway. ML is definitely hot and cold but you can tell from thr start that he cares for MC. Just shows it differently but then again he his a gangster.

MC you are angry at the wrong person here. Your mother should've got all that bottled up frustration not ML. And I don't understand why she can't get her a** up and go to work.
